I started reviewing food on my blog at 8 years old. Now I have applied my passion for real food to public speaking, product demos, and convincing people to eat more organic hummus!
Although I do not write as much as I used to, my passion for sharing the food I eat with others remains unchanged and I will continue to write about new and amazing restaurants I visit. Of course, feel free to browse the 10+ year archive of blog posts!
Although we know that the best products come with no packaging at all (i.e. produce), I am always on the lookout for innovation in healthy and “healthier than” products – I have been attending health food trade shows with my mom for over a decade and appreciate so many inspiring and encouraging entrepreneurs who are bringing these products onto the market.
Starting in 2013, I created a number of different presentations addressing both my passions and issues that we face in today’s society. I have presented these in school, at healthy living expos, at my synagogue, on panels, and in kindergarten classrooms. Topics include saving the bees, how to eat healthy and feel good about it, and what is wrong with our food system. If you would like to learn more or bring one of my presentations to you, please send me an email!
Over the last few years, I have been enjoying using my passion for good food and communication skills to do product demos for some amazing brands such as Bio Raw, Wholly Veggie, and Tonica Kombucha. These demos have taken place at grocery stores and festival events. I was also extremely fortunate to be a part of Patagonia Toronto’s pop-up markets. Please send me an email if you are interested in my services!
