If you know anything about my taste in food, you know about my love for hummus. I make it myself and try it everywhere I go. When I am travelling or in need of fast food, I rely on organic hummus from a health food store or supermarket to nourish myself. So…when I learned about Guud Hummus on instagram via my mother, and read that they use all organic ingredients (no glyphosate is a big deal when it comes to chickpeas!), I knew I needed to try it. This new Toronto based company offers their vegan and organic hummus exclusively through delivery for now, Guud is made with the intention of being your “friendly neighbourhood hummus dealer”.
The hummus is made daily with the best ingredients right here in the city, and comes in three flavours – plain, “Lemony Snippet”, and “Garlicky Lickit”! I tried all three, and although they are all very similar in flavour, they are amazing (how could hummus made with passion and good ingredients be bad?).
Guud is available to order online in small and large sizes, and can be delivered anywhere in Toronto! Their delivery fees make the price quite steep, but it was a great treat and good to support them growing their business too!
